A: Little Black Dress Boutique gladly accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise purchased from Littleblackdressboutique.com with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 14 days after purchase. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items. All pierced jewelry however, are final sales. Full-priced merchandise returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only with same return policy as full priced items purchased.

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from Littleblackdressboutique.com?

A: Return By Mail : Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

A: To return an item you received as a gift do as follows:

Send it back to Littleblackdressboutique.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 14 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card redeemable online. If when the gift was ordered it was designated as a gift and the billing and shipping address were different, a gift card will be mailed to the shipping address. If when the gift was ordered it was designated as a gift and the billing and shipping address were the same, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
